Received a letter from Home Warranty division. Looks official. Called the number, was informed it was because my home warranty lapsed and said I had previously purchased and it needed to be renewed every three years. I asked for an account to look at, was told I couldn't til my service was activated. Said if I hung up when I called back I would be charged 99 dollars more and the 259 was for 6 months for a three year policy.
