On 6/29/26, I received an emailed invoice requesting payment of $580 for light bulbs. I am the manager of this business, and I did not order any light bulbs. Additionally, the invoice contains a misspelling of my name and lists an incorrect business address.

When I called the company, I was told that I had spoken with a representative on 6/11 and authorized the purchase. This is not true. I did receive a phone call in June from someone asking if they could send a cooler and a catalog, but I never ordered any products or authorized any purchase whatsoever.

After researching the company online, I found numerous Google reviews from other businesses describing experiences very similar to mine. Based on these circumstances, I dispute this invoice and do not accept responsibility for the charges.
