I received a call from (920) 314-8483. Caller referred to himself as Charlie Adams with the County process servers office regarding court documents Filed under a case number xxx-xxxx. Stated there was an attorney in charge of this case; Wilson, Taylor, direct number 855-601-0174. Stated the reason for his call was to inform me that they attempted to serve me with legal documents in order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court, as well as any future legal complications. Stated he strongly suggest that I contact the attorney in charge of my case as she would be able to provide me additional details regarding your court summons.

My 15 year old daughter received a text message from telephone number 845-991-6994 indicating that there were "court documents filed under a case number {provided case number within text]" The attorney in charge of the case is Wilson Taylor and that her direct phone number is 855-601-0174. The text also indicated that, "they attempted to serve [me] with legal documents requesting that [I] appear in court. However, the documents were returned from the address that we have on file in order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court as well as future legal complications, they strongly suggested that [I] contact the attorney in charge of [my] case mentioned at the beginning of this call." They provided a call back number of 469-982-5000. However, when they left me a voicemail message, they called from a 347-973-6583 number. When I called back, I asked them which law firm they were calling from, to which they stated Southern something Law Firm (I couldn't make out what they were saying). The lady was very rude and insisted I confirm my social security number and name. When I refused to provide my information, she said that she would ensure further action and that I could contact New Visions something and hung up the phone.
