At approximately 8:40 a.m. Mike Be (Betito) said he was here to check my garage door opener. After checking it, he indicated that it could not be replaced. He told me he would have to install a new opener. He replaced it and overcharged me.

I didn't realize that he was not the service technician with whom I had scheduled my appointment until the technician (Vincent F. from Precision Garage Door) arrived at my home about 12:00 noon. I told someone had already replaced the door opener and he told me they did not have a Mike working for them. I notified my bank (Bank of America) of fraudulent activity, and they are investigating the case.
