Then 855-537-5582 Voice mail to call about a debt COLLECTION,
I found this Odd since on my credit report I did not see any collections or outstanding issues

Initially Spoke with a Greg Wright
Trying to find out information about this call
Advised it was for a HSBC Mastercard for best Buy opened in 2010 ( I never had a best buy Mastercard)
They read off this information to me my previous married name and my current last name and my SSN*(Which I found suspicious) my full SSN, not just the last 4 digits.
I advised him I have never recall having to my knowledge a CC with Best Buy
Then the derogatory name calling began threatening how entitled I was to create a debt and not pay it and sending to the file a law suit against me, stating to me you can change your name but not your SSN.
I advised him he had no right to call me names, and attack my character. He did not know me.
He said he did no me and I was …. Further derogatory remarks
Then hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with a Pam Jenkins
I advised her of my previous conversation and remarks made
She advised she was a manager and I had her now and she would try to assist me.
I told I am just trying to find out additional information on this matter, since this was the first time I am hearing about this
She stated a cc opened in 2010 for $ 406.83 principal? But now owed $1203.06 but they would collect $406.83 to resolve the matter.
I was advised it was for a HSBC Mastercard for Best Buy opened in 2010, again I never had a CC for this. Then further I questioned: How come in all this time I have never been approached by any debt collections for anything until now.
I advised them to mail me information if this was indeed a debt owed and I would review it and she said they had already done this and they have exhausted all matters and she hung up on me.
I tried calling back to the number and get a generalized voice mail?
This was suspicious. I was trying to obtain more information on this matter, however I found so many things about this to be concerning. Although I did not confirm any of the personal information they had for me, I felt it was a red flag and needed reported/
