Phone call requesting to speak with our practice manager about a billing error where we were charged a non-compliance fee in error, requesting for our manager to call them back with her credit card ready to confirm the number

A phone call was received stating our office had been charged outstanding fees for not being PCI compliant with our credit card terminal. Caller's name was Crystal Anderson. She wanted us to send a copy of our invoices from out credit card terminal. She provided a Claim ID to put on our invoice. She was very persistent about calling to check if we had faxed the information to 855-725-9988.
