Call said I owed outstanding loan and court costs from 13 years ago and they were going to take my car to cover costs. When I asked several questions and they couldn't answer, I said I thought this might be fraud. He said I wasn't taking this seriously and hung up on me! They had a file #688647 and their name was Weiss Associates.
