clicked on phone about an herbal remedy for kidneys- selected one bottle for 29.99- they billed me 225.00

I received 6 bottles but my doctor told me these would be bad for my kidneys.

I called customer service and told them they overcharged me and i needed to return

They directed me to return to their KY state warehouse - i returned those items via USPS tracking number on 06/24/26.

Since 08/11/26 I have called 4 times to request the refund and have been denied.

I even provided the USPS my tracking number verifying that the warehouse did receive the products

they have refused
