The caller from (833) 795-5753 left a voicemail saying that a civil complaint had been filed against someone with my Social Security number (although the caller did not give the number or identify me by name). They finished by demanding an immediate callback today.

This is the second phone call, the last one was about six months ago. I have received someone claiming to be Stacy Barber and to be with National Asset Management. They say they need to receive a call back today from either me or my legal representative and that a claim has been filed either against, me my social or someone associated with my phone number and end the message with Good Luck

We received a voicemail from someone identifying themselves as Stacey Barber from National asset management calling to let us know that there has been a civil complaint filed by someone associated with this social security number. This is a business line that is not associated with a personal SSN. They call ended by her saying "Goodluck"

Said id’ed by name, address and telephone number. Mentioned citi, capital one and Wells Fargo. Year 2023. Can settle for 3500.00 dollars, or goes to court could be over 4000.00 dollars. Used 731 area code and gave toll free number to call back. I called 833-795-5753 and asked for missing information and I said send correspondence and tell them to come serve me. Hung up. 1 day later called back. No massage or caller ID showed up on caller ID information.

"This is locator Parks, assigned by pre-trial division and processing. I received a fax order in regards to a complaint in the process of being filed this morning. The attached was a phone number for National Asset Management 833-795-5753. The attached was also an extension of 112. The attached was also a case number. You do have the right to be transferred to a case manager by pressing one. You have officially been notified. Good luck."

Left no case number. Left no info about what the complaint was about.

"Debt collection agency" that CONTINUE to call my phone number vary agressively. But the need to talk to "Cody" who is using my phone number. I could trace him down (check who is associated with this number besides me) and found indeed Cody with my number. But this agency KEEPS calling, even if the removed my number.

Scammer indicated that I MUST CALL them back at 833-795-5753. Or I should get my LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE call, since this was a legal issue, they have started legal proceedings against me, etc.

I have received several calls from “National Asset Management” with vague claims of money owed for a debt which will go to courts if not paid. I asked for the caller to send me emailed or mailed specifics as they had no details to share. I never received an email or letter. I am now receiving calls from a “locator Parks”, on behalf of NAM saying this is the last opportunity to return their call or papers will be served to my HR department. At no point am I named or is there any specific information given
