No company name, no return address. Returns Dept-260, 11870 62nd Street, Largo, Florida. I found this product on the internet and it claimed to be a cure for Alzheimer's. After ordering a 3 month supply, I was told it did not work without 2 other products. I received a phone call from Company and told them I would return the packages unopened on arrival. I called customer service and they could not help me. I called 833-615-1506 and 855-889-3137. There was no answer and a recording with useless information.
