The flower bundle received was much smaller than the picture on the website. The color was not what I ordered. The product was described accurately but no mention was made of the dimensions. Picture of product was very misleading.

I ordered 3 different colors of artificial flowers. They were suppose to be 4 bunches in each color. I received 3 individual stems that is it. And they charged me $29.05. They would not refund me my money after several attempts going back and forth with them. They refunded me 10% that is it. ($2.90) I sent them pictures of what I received and the front of the package label. Still no refund. They clearly showed what I received.
