Was contacted by an AT&T impersonator that told me and my wife that they can lower a bill if we purchase new devices. We got the devices and I went to work the next day and they called back to install the phones but said there was a problem with the devices and was told to send the devices to an AT&T warehouse in which it was a scam. My wife thinking this was a real AT&T customer service agent sent in the devices through UPS. They were also able to hack into my account.
