Caller stated that an agent will be delivering legal documents concerning my husband. If an attempt is made and the recipient is not available to sign for the documents a warrant will be issued and massive fines and penalties will be imposed.

Caller stated that that my husband must return their phone call and provide proof (ss# and DOB) of Identity to avoid fees.
