They keep leaving messages and calling regarding an ex-relative. When I called to tell them they are not contacting the right individual, the man who answered the phone rudely hung up on me. I called back repeatedly and every time he would hang up on me over and over again. Very unprofessional, if they are even a legitimate debt collection agency, they aren't going about contacting people the right way, and what legitimate business hangs up on someone for notifying them that they aren't calling the right person?
