I signed up for a service at mosso.ai that claimed to enable customers to cancel anytime. After not using it for a month, I attempted to cancel after the next payment went through. Then the next month I was charged again & took this screenshot of the cancellation confirmation. Then they charged me again the next month & they claimed what I showed them "is the subscription management page with the 'Cancel subscription' button visible" despite it clearly showing the confirmation message "Your plan has been successfully canceled" a month prior. They did admit the "mischaracterizing" of my screenshot & offered me a "free month of access" in lieu of refunding my money. I am opening a case with PayPal since I do have my screenshot, but I wanted other buyers to beware.
