Reached out to seller on Facebook Marketplace with the listing "Workout Bench Flat" by "Mika*** H***" for $90

Photo displayed a Powerblock Travel Bench. Sent e-transfer to "JONATHAN RAYGADA URIBE". Picked up product and seller said it was in box.

Opened the box at home. Product received was a re-branded Amazon Basics Flat Bench.

Messaged seller, asking to return item as it wasn't what I was looking for but seller didn't respond.

This [censored] scammed my girlfriend out of a bunch of money by fraudulently misrepresenting on the sale of a vehicle and did the same thing by just ignoring her calls/emails.

I've done some digging and found his address and his mother's name and address too. We have sent them a letter threatening them with legal action if they don't refund us the money. Their names and addresses are below in case you wanted to do something similar:
