I was called by someone claiming to be from Google security, saying that I was supposedly in a Google chat room 15 minutes ago and that someone was trying to change my recovery info at the moment. They had my full name and gmail address. I said, "this sounds like a scam" and they pushed back, but right after that I said "can you give me a call back number?" and they hung up immediately.
