They sent a text claiming a fraudulent attempt on my debit card, and said we needed to respond yes, no or help. I replied no, and it says that chase declined the transaction and said that a dispute specialist will reach out to you soon via phone call. Then they called us and said that tellers at the two closest bank branches were being investigated by the fbi and fdic. They asked me to go to the branch with him on the line and then we figured out something was wrong and called the actual Chase number and while we were on the phone with Chase the other number hung up.
