I responded to a Post Card saying that I have an "unclaimed reward" of $250. Post Card had ScamPulse.com logo. I gave my phone number. They already had my name and address. I declined to provide checking account number to pay 99¢ fee; reporting greater expense to use credit card. I knew I could block a credit card. I hung-up.

I really do not know country.
