We received a letter in the mail regarding a charge back dispute. I have several Merchant Accounts we use for credit, and thought it was odd I didn't get an email notification since mail is very unreliable. Although the scammer did have some correct account info, the disputes did not show in my chargeback portal where others appear. After researching, we determined this was a scam, and did not respond or contact them. Just googling the service phone show it to be a scam, and we verified by calling the actual support number from the documentation we have locally with our processing vendors.
