I returned a missed called assuming that it was the groomer telling me to come pick up my dogs. I am sure now that it was a “Say Yes” scam. The caller knew my name and address and asked to verify it and I replied Hmm HUh. So she repeated Are you saying this correct, in another attempt to get me to say yes. I responded HmmHuh again and asked what is the reason for the call. She stated again well I can’t tell you until I verify that it’s you. My response was I just did that so what’s the reason for the call. She tried very hard to get me to say yes. She then stated that she couldn’t complete the call because she couldn’t verify that it was me on the phone and hung up.
