After 2 days I cleaned up the wax on my Model Y and saw the ding was still there as it was. I called him about it and he agreed to come over and fix it. He changed the appointment twice and then I asked him if he can't fix he should return the money he took. He agreed to return the money first by Venmo and later in person by cash. He told me he would be at my home in about 40 minutes. When it was almost 90 minutes and he didn't show up I tried texting and calling him multiple times but no response. Finally he texted that he had an accident about 9 blocks from my home, to which I asked if he needed any help. He texted that his son came over. I still went on both exits to the freeway but didn't see any accidents. That made me really suspicious of his intentions. When I texted him that I saw no accidents he stopped responding. He does not answer my calls or texts anymore.
