This is the phone call transcript: “Listen closely to this message this is a notification from process server is dispatch this call is to notify the residence of this location that an intent to serve legal documents to ***** ******** a signature is required for proper service in delivery if any information is needed to contact the issue confirm handling your case at 877-313-0448 reference your case number ****–****** failure to contact legal firm may result in the legal proceedings may take place without your knowledge or consent you have been notified…”

We called the local court house, the state police, and checked credit karma (no debt was indicated under my name).

These people called my dad, my stepmother, my husband, and who knows who next. Completely frustrating and disgusting.
