Gregory Williams 951-254-3116 called my daughter and told her that I had used her number as my own and that I was in legal trouble, so my daughter text me to let me know and I called him and he said that I owed from a payday loan from 2010 and that the balance was over $4500, that if I did not pay him something he couldn't stop the paperwork going through the court system and I was going to get sued. He scarred the crap out of me, talking about suing me, garnishment, ect. He tried to put me on a payment plan where I would give him 480 today and then make 150 a month payments, I agreed, got my card out and was about to pay him and then he said that If I paid $1100 today the whole thing would be settled. I was hesitant, but he ran through if I was uncomfortable with it I could have the credit card company do a chargeback and just get my money back. I paid him, and then felt sick about it. I did some digging to find out it was a huge scam. Got my cc company to do the chargeback as it was fraud. Now he is calling saying that I defrauded their company and that the debt is now brand new and in 30 days they will be moving forward with the paperwork to sue me and also to prosecute me for fraud. When I got the receipt it was under Craig Atwood -FYI

Gregory Williams has contacted me twice now, the first time was in December 2023. He told me I had an outstanding debt from 12 years ago and they have just found me because I bought a house. I laughed and said "that's funny, this is the 3rd house I have bought in 11 years." He fast talked me into believing I was being served with papers any minute and if I paid him $1343 RIGHT NOW, "I can stop her and it will go away." I said "I have ALL my files going back 20 years and IU will go home and look and call back" he then said "that will take too long, she is on her way!" I was then put on hold for 15 minutes and when he came back, he had stopped her. He sent me emails from a Craig Atwood C.M. Services to sign to stop things. When I looked up the address, it is an apartment complex for sale in Riverside, CA. Please don't fall for this. He even claims to be a pastor.
