They called claiming to be a public providing health, dental, life insurance for people with active DOH licenses. They told me they could only complete the process over the phone and then they would send me information later. They said they provide subsidized healthcare coverage for licensed professionals. They claim to send stuff in the mail in a white envelope with blue text on the front, to get you to second guess and follow through with their scam.
