A Martin Garcia called my phone and left a voicemail message stating he was with US Document Service and a complaint had been filed against me. He stated I need to call back quickly to avoid legal action. I could call and get a copy of the legal document filed against me. He left the phone # 877-782-8420 and a complaint reference # 398657. A couple minutes after he called and left the voicemail on my phone, he contacted my husband (from a different phone #) and gave my husband the same information. Before calling back, I did a quick search online that revealed this is a scam and the person calling generally attempts to obtain personal information such as social security #s and possibly money.
