I recieved a call telling me i should not pass up this opportunity. He said it would make me so much money . I thought he was talking about A-I technology. He asked me if i had good credit and i said yes then he asked me if i share my finances with my partnsr and i said no. He told me how he and his wife were both working for OMS and that i could be making alot of money if i meet the requirements . He told me to apply for Chase Saphire and American Express Delta miles card. At the time I was recovering from A radical hysterectomy and radiation treatments and still not feeling very strong. .Otherwise I dont think i would have fallen for this Nick told me once i do this i can talk to his supervisor Christopher Lewis. I was accepted for the credit cards and he told me to ask for rush service. Then when i got them i was told to activate them and charge 8750.00 on Chase and 3750. On Amex. He was very pushy and i felt bullied. I cant believe that I did this! They were both really manipulative in their ways! When i spoke to Christopher Lewus he boasted that he had a 98% rate of succes and asked me a lot of questions but woulld avoid the question of what this buisness really was. He told me i would learn more after talking to" mentors" . By this time they had coerced me into signing a contract i did not have a chance to read thoroghly. I noticced afterwards that it gave me three days to change my mind but my meeting with the" mentor" was 4 days later. I was starting to feel very bad about this. The credit cards alone had an anual fee of $650 and $350. . I cant pay that let alone the money charged on these cards. I told them that and both said just look at it as a buisness loan.. they were aggressive and pushy! Evertime I said i did not think thiis is for ms I felt bullied and so tried to go forward . When i had my " mentor " meetings ( 2 of them) less than 5 min long I realized this was for having an online store through the Go Daddy platform. For 12000.00?? I have a store on Etsy where I sell my art. This is not what i want. I realized i made a terrible mistake . These guys were really good at what they do! I did not want any communication with them. I remember hearing cut off all communicationwith the scammers. I callled the credit card companies and told them what happend. Since then i recieved a charge back from Amex. But Chase denied my claim because the companyy said i signed a contract. I have written them to please reopen the case. The contract should not even be valid .It was written to protect them it also said not to contact the Federal Trade Commission. If they were legit why would it say that? The phone numbers they gave me are not on my ohone statements as the numbers they came up as when they called . At one point C.Lewis even called me through the local hospital line . I asked him how is it that you came up as the hospital number and he said oh, we can do stuff like that. He must of called me ten times before he got me through the hospital number. Then he ssked if I waz avoiding him - Creepy! I did not want anything to do with him or Nick. I dont think those were even their real names. Whether or not they are a real buisness , i dont sven know ...had i not answered my phone this sould not have happened. I have credit cards and none of them have annual fees. The credot cards they had me apply for are for people who have money . I would never have lnown about these cards. What I felt from this experience was humiliating and embarrassing not to mention the money im still hoping to get back . I answered the phone .....that was my first mistake . This whole thing has not been good for my healing process!
