A person from Wells Fargo supposedly called to tell me that there is a transfer in Zelle that was being flagged for a suspicious amount. They kept transferring me to different fraud account specialists, eventually leading me to someone claiming they were with Bank of America.

They use the name Jessica White as the person trying to withdraw money, however they started to pressure me to get online and get into my bank account.

The person online also texted me a code to prove that the original call came from a bank but it didn't signify so, so I got very suspicious of it.

I refuse to do so until they could better identify themselves as really being from Bank of America and the person I was speaking to was not able to do so.

After a minute or two of going back and forth they hung up on me and I called the main line at my bank and they verified it was a scam.
