I called Direct TV to check if I could order their product and to make sure that I could also change my internet. Bryan from Waz Tech in Pakistan (which I didn’t know at the time) said yes I could change my internet to a local provider. I called the provider and they said they do not have service in Toledo. I called Bryan back to cancel my order and the gentleman said Bryan was on another call. Within 5 minutes I Waz Tech called me 9;times and I declined every one. I called Direct TV and actually talked to someone from Direct TV and she verified that my order was placed. I asked her to cancel my order and I received an email stating that my order was canceled. This past Friday, I received a text about transactions in Bentonville AR and one of those transactions was for Direct TV and the bank declined the 4 purchases but I did get charges from Walmart in Bentonville AR. Waz Tech has my social security number, birthdate and home address. I contacted Direct TV today 2/12 at 1020 and Cheyenne said they can’t control who sells their product. I told her I will hold Direct TV liable if my identity is stolen.
