Was left two voicemails from +1 (361) 208-2254. The person's name used was Tracy. My phone screens calls to see who is calling before sending them through. The first voicemail went, "Tracy… **my name** pick up the phone. I have court documents to deliver." The second voicemail, "Tracy." Judging by a previous report, these people try and scare victims out of their money.

I received a call from 361-208-2254 , from a "server" who had all my information. I was directed to call 877-433-5938 to a law firm. I called. All she said was I called United. She negotiated a payoff. Also said I missed court today and the server is on the way to my house.

I was contacted on my personal phone and work phone, as well as my wife was called. The person stated that they were a process server and a claim has been filed against me, and that i have an opportunity to contact the firm handling my claim to discuss the matter. The caller then gave 1-855-549-6583 as the company call back number.
