I received three unsolicited marketing text messages from the phone number +1 (352) 827-3142, which gave no name or company name. The texts concerned a lot at 1680 Paragon Rd SE, Palm Bay, which I do not own. The first text arrived on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:15 AM, asking whether the land is still mine and whether I would sell it for cash. A follow-up text arrived on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:29 AM. A third text arrived on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11:52 AM, asking whether I plan to build on the lot or hold it. These appear to be misleading or potentially fraudulent solicitation texts targeting me about property I do not own. No money was lost and no personal information was provided.
