Individual called asking if we had reviewed our June & July merchant card reports and that we were overcharged by our processor. I asked if they were affiliated with our processor and then asked who our processor was which they would not tell me. I asked the individual to remove us from their call list and not call us back and disconnected the call. The lady immediately called back and asked if I hung up which I stated politely no I asked for you to not call us again and disconnected. She then stated she would give me and our business a bad google review because I obviously could not understand plain english and I was the rudest women ever.
