Pay Pal collected a payment of $399 from an un named source. They wanted to refund the payment. I spoke to billing manager Steven J. Smith @ 323-306-5269. who claimed to be with The Better Business Bureau. I was referred to Better Business Bureau Agent Benjamin Smith @ 323-928-4937.

The refund amount suddenly became $10,000.00 He threatened me with jail if I did not go to a Target Store at 9950 Orangethorpe st.

I was to purchase 3 $300 gift cards and tell Benjamin Smith I had them and the Better Business Bureau would get its $10,000 back.

Literally everyone at the Target Store from customers to the manager told me it was a scam and some of the customers had been ripped off.

I told Benjamin Smith that I am reporting the scam. I know the phone bank is in another country but I wish you good hunting and God's speed!
