A woman called me from +1 (956) 857-9868. Told me to call (323) 284-1236 And that I needed to call to get more information or to reschedule my court date . She informed me she could not tell me anything else unless I call (323) 284-1236 a gentle by the name of James told me it was a law firm working on my case to go to court . I can specifically hear where he is covering his phone to speak and I told him I cannot hear you . I was trying to get his name and what number I was calling . He was very rude hung up the phone multiple times . When I asked to speak to a manager he hung up on me . Also when I returned the call he said I needed to stop calling the number when they are the ones calling my number . I believe this is a scam . Anything that has to do with court or so normally one gets served in person or gets something in the mail and one can confirm in person at a courts department.

Unidentified woman called and left a message on my daughter’s voicemail stating my name. Also stated discovery complete and that I am to contact someone at 323-284-1236 regarding case # 2396510LGS and that I have been lawfully contacted and I am to respond in 1 hour otherwise legal action would be taken against me.

The first person called me from 626-746-0337, he did not disclose his name he just told me to call 323-284-1236 and provide case # 2396197-19CA because I was being sued and if I did not call that number a judge would issue a warrant for my arrest. Before I could ask any questions he hung up. I called the 323 number and the gentlemen that answered would not disclose his name only the company name and city but he would not provide the company address. He also requested my SSN and address, when I refused to provide that information he informed me that I need to pay an outstanding fee so my case would be closed and I would not have to go to court. He still would not provide me any information regarding the so called case. When I asked to speak to his manager he placed me on hold and never returned.
