A foreign man called my cell phone from phone number 3108946115 and asked for me BY NAME.

Then he proceeded to tell me he was with Citi Bank and told me there have been 2 charges on my account in the last 15 minutes. He asked me if I was the one who did that?

At that point I knew he was a fraud because we do NOT have a Citi account.
