Received a call from "James Owens" from the Delivery department of document procedures and conduct stating a sealed document was being delivered to my home address or place of employment and included a case # RB-631159 and inability to deliver document would cause case to be ESCALATED and classified as failure to comply and any follow up should be made with the issuing office at 877-834-7928.
