"302 House Buyers" Scam

SCAM ALERT: Fake Home Cash Offer from 302 House Buyers – 302-307-9491

I received a deceptive letter from 302 House Buyers, 651 Valley Rd, Unit 35, Hockessin, DE 19707 claiming to offer a cash deal for my home.

It included a fake check for 274,100 and pressured me to call 302-307-9491 to "start the process." The fine print made it clear that the check was worthless: "This is not a real check and does not constitute an offer."

This is a scam designed to trick homeowners into unnecessary transactions.

The scammers at 651 Valley Rd, Unit 35, Hockessin, DE 19707 use misleading claims about zero commissions and fast sales. Their contact number appears in multiple forms: (302) 307-9491, 302.307.9491, 3023079491.

I am warning others not to engage. I am reporting 302 House Buyers of Hockessin, Delaware to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you receive this letter, shred it, warn your neighbors, and avoid 302-307-9491. This is a scam preying on homeowners.

I am harassed with daily mailings from a “…professional Delaware real estate firm.” to purchase house for cash. Their address is the Hockessin DE post office. I called the phone number offered 302-307-9491 to remove our address from any further mailings as this is flooding my mailbox and abusive. Since this call to stop mailing crap I have been harassed by phone calls from 302-517-4019 in Hockessin DE many many times a week! This is abuse and this company I believe is a scam and not operating as a legitimate real estate investment company. They harass people at all hours and days of the week. They need to be shut down.
