This company, Cothirtysix.com, does a ton of social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram. My father asked me to buy something from here for him for Christmas based on an ad he received. I placed the order early November, by December I had no updates on my order. After contacting the company via email -which they don't have a phone number, and AI bots are who reply to you, they informed me that they ran out of the shirts I ordered and will be in touch. I asked for a refund, and for a phone number for someone to contact me with and resolved. It is now January 21, and I still have not received a refund or resolution on this. They have AI auto replies and you are unable to speak to an actual human. I reported this to my credit card company and to put a hold on the charge for $98.75. And my credit card also cannot get ahold of anyone at this company either.
