There was an error when I tried to cancel one person on the flight I booked to Las Vegas. I called a customer service number and Freddie Romero of Flight Reservation Station said he was with Southwest Airlines. He books reservation for the company. I told him about the error and I needed to rebook the flight. Long story short I advised Freddie I already paid for the tickets they Southwest Airlines and just needed to undo what had just occurred. Freddie said the only way to correct the error was for him to rebook the flights and the money he took would be refunded in about 45-60 days. I advised him that does not make any sense why would I need to repay again for the same flight? He said that was the only way he could help and I would get my money back. Needless to say he lied and when I went to Bank of America and Southwest they said it was fraud and I was deceived. I am trying to help others avoid companies that represent the company you are trying to do business with. They increase the price of the ticket and are not associated with the airlines.
