they said i owe 39000 in credit card debt. but i am in luck, they got my debt down to 21000 if i start paying immediatly. i told them i had only 1 credit card, with a 1400 debt and am in good standing. that 39000 debt is not mine, i wont pay, take me to court. she said she didnt want to go to court, she wanted me to pay. they had papers they wanted to send me but didnt have my address, or my job address to serve me. i said i dont work, and i'm on disabilty, even if the debt were mine, collections on SSDI cant be enforced. i hung up. they call me at least once a day the past 3 months. most of them have phillipino or indonesian accents.
