Caller identified themselves as Lily Owens, regarding my "claim" numbered SD705627. Would not provide any further information on said "claim". I inquired as to if I would be receiving any sort of official paper documentation, again the question was avoided with what sounded like "scripted" verbiage. Caller advised I needed to call the "Office" at 877-254-3037. Caller further stated that I had the chance to speak to the "Office" regarding "the claim" but stated that if no contact was made that discussion would no longer be an option. On 11-05-2026 the caller struck again but this time by calling my employer and ended up speaking directly to the owner. They provided the owner with the same "claim" number. The owner notified me directly and privately, thankfully and advised them not to call again or arrive on our company premises.

I have looked into this number in particular (877-254-3037) and it has shown up on numerous forums, as well as this site from a report made in 2025.
