Left voicemail on phone stating "This is Kenneth with Civil Project Dispatch with a final notice for case number 26-033858. We've attempted to call 2 times with a notice of action pertaining to a property investigation against you. Contact the conducting office at 855-512-1021. Failure to contact will result in further legal action without your knowledge or consent."
