Since October 2025, I have received over 610 unsolicited prerecorded calls promoting supposed personal loans/debt relief. I have NEVER applied for a loan, answered these calls, returned a call, or consented to these solicitations. The callers continually rotate/spoof caller-ID numbers while directing recipients to recurring callback numbers using fictitious stories. Recent messages claim I have an existing "file," that supervisors/underwriters have reviewed it, and, often lately, that numerous employees have repeatedly tried to reach me. This caller identified themself as "Frank" and offered an unsolicited $60,000 unsecured personal loan, saying I was one of a very few who had been approved. Other recordings use similar fictitious personal stories and loan approvals. I have preserved numerous voicemails, screenshots, dates, caller-ID numbers and callback numbers and have reported this to the FTC numerous times. This appears to be a large-scale, persistent robocall campaign, not isolated calls.
