Scammer called and said that 771-239-8851 was registered under my name and said that from this number 10,000 spam calls went to everyone. The scammer said their name was William Jackson and their employee ID was 116844. The phone number was bought in Washington D.C. They wanted to connect me directly to Washington D.C. police. I googled about the scam from Wireless Communication Bureau and told them off never to call me again. The scammer had a thick accent and couldn't spell my address correctly. I told him he's not from Washington D.C. because of his accent and also the information he was providing me.
