Deceptive auto warranty mailings impersonating vehicle manufacturer
I did purchase an extended warranty on our new car, but it was from Subaru and I thought it was odd that they would be asking me to verify anything.
This letter is obviously designed to be deceptive in nature to coerce a phone call. There is no clear company name, no address and the verbiage used just adds to the deceptive nature of the letter.
