Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I was searching for a replacement toner and drum for my Brother printer. Since I have had bad experience in the past with generic or remanufactured products, I was only taking into consideration products that were original manufacturers products. Zoomtoner.Ca represented the product that I purchased as original Brother products but upon receipt, it was clear that neither of the two products was in the original Brother packaging. One had the outer Brother packaging but the tape used to seal the box was not at all the same as I have ever seen for a brother product and the interior packaging was not hermetically sealed like the original Brother products, it also used a much lesser quality packaging foil material and had absolutely no Brother markings whatsoever. The other product was in a box for a "Superior Toner Cartridge, Recycled Tone Cartridge" that also had the marking: “Brother HL 2130/32/2230/40 MFC 7240/7360/65 DR 420 (Original repacked)." This is reminiscent of the label I have seen on recycled cartridges that I have purchased in the past and which suffered from very short lifespan. The interior packaging for this product was likewise of a much lesser quality foil and was once again not hermetically sealed like all original Brother products, which is what they are selling it as and for which I paid them. The Drum did not have the typical Brother holographic QC code; the toner box did have a Brother holographic QC code but for some unknown reason, my phone was not able to recognize it, so it could be that the QC code is a fake. I call the customer service line and they said that they could not do anything. I then sent an email to them asking for them to react and likewise there was no reaction. A last thing is that they state on their website that credit cards only get dented when goods ship, whereas they debited my card one week before shipment. They also state that shipment will occur in 5 days and it took more than a week to ship and over two weeks before it was delivered.
