I had this person do work at my property at which I asked him to show me receipts for the product he bought which he cannot prove or show me. I’ve asked him if he was a real business. He stated I can either pay him or he will come to my house and pull up the sod and dirt. I have text messages between us and I am paying him today because I don’t want to lose my grass and dirt, but I don’t believe he legally acquired the product because he won’t show me proof of purchase so I can pay the price nor has he shown me a business license
