Through an ad on Facebook, Zereli Limited offered a service called My Muse. It’s an app for short stories supposedly. Upon clicking you’re offered different tiers of options for payment/subscription. I chose a 3 day trial and got auto deducted for 9.99 immediately after agreeing to and being charged for 3.99. I did not consent to any additional charges. All necessary information was not provided about the charges being made and there was SEVERAL pages you had to click no on to even get to the “content”. Upon finally getting through the paywall, the content advertised was not provided. The story was different after the last episode. Apparently the stories are not finished and as advertised. I also saw a multitude of other reviews on Google Play confirming the same thing. This is fraudulent as they do not provide what they offer and use unclear business tactics to extort extra money. I regret not looking them up first.
