I purchased a Package Loss Warranty with my order, which explicitly states that a full refund will be issued in the event the package is lost. My package was never delivered, and despite this, the company has refused to provide the full refund guaranteed under the warranty terms. Instead, they continue to offer only two inadequate options: a reshipment of the product—which I have repeatedly declined—or a partial refund that began at 30% and has now increased to 45%. I have notified the company more than ten times that I do not want a reshipment and that I am requesting the full refund owed under the warranty I paid for. Their repeated, scripted responses fail to address the contractual obligation created by the Package Loss Warranty. At this point, the company is not honoring the terms of the warranty, and their refusal to issue the full refund appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling their stated policy.
