Type of a scam Online Purchase

I listed an item on Facebook's marketplace for sale. There is this lady contacted me via Facebook Messenger, and offered to pay double price to send the item to her daughter in Florida. I told her that I don't do shipping and suggested her to come and look at the item first. If she likes it, then she can make a purchase. Instead of scheduling to see the item, she kept asking me to send her either Zelle or Venmo's info so she can send me the money. I gave her the total amount and she insisted for Zelle's info. I sent her my name and email address, but I didn't receive any text messages from Zelle nor receive money through Zelle. I actually got an email from Zelle Support saying that she sent me the money but "IMPORTANT: To receive this payment, please reply to this email immediately stating that you accept the terms." She also told me that I need to read the email and reply back to accept the terms. I suspected the urgency of this sentence, language and the grammar errors in this email, so I hovered the email address and this is what I found: [email protected]. I contacted Zelle's customer service and they confirmed that this is a fraud and that email is not their email address. I replied back that I won't accept this payment and blocked her.

After I blocked her, another person contacted me via Facebook messenger again. He asked me if the same item is available and offered to pay double price to send it to a distant cousin because he is out of town. I told him that he can come to pick the item if it's still available. He offered to pay via Venmo. I told him he can scan my QR code and pay me when he picks up the item. He insisted "No. Let me do the payment now." I blocked and reported both of them.
